We are hiring for one of the position of HRIS and Business Applications Manager for providing support and maintenance for HRIS with one of the leading client multinational company manufacturing and supplying building and construction materials based out in Malaysia for a perm role.

Salary: MYR 8,000 – MYR 12,000 + 1-1.5 months of performance bonus

Location - Malaysia.

Job Description: 

He should have 6 years of overall IT experience, with at least 2 years’ experience with Success Factors.

We are looking for someone who can support and maintain the project for HRIS, Sucess Factor.

Good knowledge and configuration experience of employee central, talent management, compensation, learning solutions and or analytics.

Should have experience of HR process design, business case development, HR technology solutions and shared service.

Can support project implementation of HRIS and other business application solutions.

He will review all vendor plans, documentation, and deliverables for approval; Involve in project planning, budget planning, coordinate overall project.

He will serve as interface between the company and vendor organizations.

Adopt global best practices and refine HR processes.

Obtain and provide information, data decisions, and approvals.

Identify and report / escalate to respective leads/group and appropriate stakeholders on issues or risks.

Manage IT Supplier on project delivery and support.
