We seek innovative and agile people sharing our mindset to support ambitious and forthcoming technological challenges  In a challenging and multicultural environment, the candidate will mainly provide expertise and leadership in Summit upgrade project and its related release management services.

Main responsibilities 

The role will focus primarily on the build and delivery of SUMMIT upgrade project. You will lead and keep engage team members composed by business analyst, technical lead and software developers.

In line with this, you would be expected to be fully accountable and responsible of your team deliveries on schedule, in conformance to the bank’s policies and standards and within agreed levels of quality.

You will be ensuring success criteria are defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to expected project outcomes. A strong maturity in project management is required as you will be part of the project committee, reporting to the program director the progress highlights with key performance indicator, evaluating risk assessment and proposing mitigation, ensuring transparency throughout project lifecycle.

 Qualifications and Profile 

  • Candidates should have min 6+ years experience in Summit Application in a large organization.
  • Careful observance of standards and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical or troubleshooting skills
  • Social intelligence with strong stakeholder management
  • Leadership in multi-cultural environment
  • Experience working with an external editor/vendor
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Autonomous, self motivated and excellent team player
  • Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management
  • Self-starter and ambitious

Education & Work Experiences

  • Mid-level (min. 8 years)
